Turns out after 3 tech visits that they confirmed there is a major issue with the node. Won't be fixed for at least 2 months. Luckily, Frontier (now Ziply) has a fiber Gig line for $10 more a month than my current 200mb Xfinity package. 🚀🚀🚀

@CasualLaw @comcast Years ago, we cancelled HBO on Comcast because it was $15. They called back and offered a three month deal, and we took it. On the last day of the deal, they switched billing dates and charged us in advance for the next month.Standard terrible company BS.

Not sure why anyone is surprised by what's going on with Xfinity. They've been overpriced with lack luster service for YEARS. Reasons I switched a few months ago. A "random" outage with no explanation or assistance. Just switch and save yourself future headaches.

@PuckinHostile @XfinitySupport @metronetfiber If it wasn't for their shady and legally questionable monopolization, Comcast wouldn't have anywhere near the customers they do now. If the only way you can get customers is to monopolize, then it really speaks to the (bad) quality of your product
