Hey @Xfinity why is your stream app on TVs such a piece of ****? I pay for cable and you charge me for the MBs I use to stream to my TVs in my house so why so bad? Every other app works without the buffer stall. I can’t get between commercial breaks on your app without it dying.

Can't trust a word @Xfinity says. Everytime I get a resolution it lasts maybe a month or so then I get the letter "the rep ****** up, so we're reversing everything and now you owe us even more money than before"

@TheAshiestJoe I went through something similar with Comcast, they were charging me for two set top boxes and I only found out when I cancelled the service and they wanted to charge me $250 for not returning “all” of them.I threatened a chargeback with Visa, they relented and refunded me.

I watched the first half of Tun v Den on the Fox Sports app on Xbox, then it stopped the "free preview" and kicked me out. I signed in with my Xfinity account & it told me I don't have access so can't watch replay. I go to replay on cable box on demand, can't fast forward. wtf

Not sure why anyone is surprised by what's going on with Xfinity. They've been overpriced with lack luster service for YEARS. Reasons I switched a few months ago. A "random" outage with no explanation or assistance. Just switch and save yourself future headaches.
